Our Site is not intended for minors.  No one under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence may provide any personal information on the Site.

Cookies. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your internet usage by using cookies.  A cookie is a small file stored on the hard drive of your computer.  Use of cookies help us to improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personalized service by enabling us to:

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us.  We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Promotional Offers from the Company: If you do not wish to have your e-mail address used for promotional purposes by the Company, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (your account registration form).  You can also always opt-out of receiving e-mail information from us other than the e-mail informing you of the completion of user registration, correction of user data, or change of password by sending us an e-mail at info@lueurnatuelle.com stating your request.  If we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may send us a return e-mail asking to be omitted from future e-mail distributions.  Please note that this opt out does not apply to information provided by or to us in connection with a product purchase, product service experience or other transactions.

You should review this policy carefully. If you do not agree with our practices, you can choose not to use the Site.  Remember, by using any part of the Website, you accept and agree to our privacy practices. 

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

Lueur Naturelle LLC maintains reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or destruction and when transferring information for processing and requires third parties providing services on our behalf to do the same. We use encrypted https connections for purchase transactions. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information is 100% secure and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

YOUR CALIFORNIA RIGHTS

Under California law, websites are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals. Lueur Naturelle LLC does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals as a uniform standard for such response has not yet been established.

California law requires websites to disclose whether third parties may collect personal information about their users’ online activities over time and across different sites when the users use the operator’s website or service. Third parties that have content or services on our Sites such as a social feature, analytics service, or an advertising network partner, may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits but this information does not include personal information. We do not knowingly permit such third parties to collect any personal information from our Sites unless you directly provide it to us and we provide it to them with your consent.
